Easy Peazy 5-Minute Low-Carb Smoothie Bowl

Updated: Jul 6, 2018

Let's face it. Cereal can be great. If you're 5 years old and you need a paralyzing sugar rush to get those juices flowing.

Otherwise, as (partial) grown-ups, we tend to opt for things that are a little more on the "we would like to stay alive to see our children grow" side. Hence, RBG has created the most amazing breakfast recipe! This Easy Peazy Smoothie bowl is made of simple ingredients, looks freaking fantabulous, and tastes just as incredible.

You can't all be lucky enough to have a Clara serve it to you with those elegant earrings on, but you can do your best to re-create- both the recipe and the hot chick serving it to you.

Ingredients:

1 Cup of Spinach

1/2 Cup of Almond Milk (You can use a little bit less if you prefer a thicker consistency)

2 tbsp of Heavy Cream

1 tbsp of Coconut Oil

1 Scoop Low Carb Protein Powder

2 Ice Cubes

Toppings:

4-6 Walnuts

4-6 Raspberries

1 tsp Shredded Coconut

1 Tsp Chia Seeds

The ingredients look just as good alone as they do together!

Directions (It's so simple that it almost seems redundant saying it, but here goes)

Combine all ingredients into a nutribullet. Blend for only a few seconds until everything is combined and you have an even consistency.

Arrange your toppings in any way your heart desires.

Eat and Enjoy!
