Teamwork: It gets $%^& done!

Let's face it. When it comes to collaborating on any project with a friend, colleague, acquaintance, or God forbid, a spouse, it can be, for lack of a better word, adventurous. Generally, it consists of working together towards a common goal. That is until, someone gets thrown into a hot pile of molten lava. Wait, maybe that only happens in one's head. Nevertheless, teamwork can be tricky.
We've come up with 4 straightforward rules / guidelines to help you collab with your fav "other" and create a dream team that prevails in the dream of everyone involved.

Rule #1: Humble yourself.
This rule can be notably intricate. When you believe that your brain is in a class of it's own and that everything that you do dazzles (not speaking of myself here, obviously), it can be hard to be modest and accept the ideas of your partner (s). Succumb to the collaboration.
Rule #2: Trust.
Working with someone you trust is crucial. Work with someone that you would have no problem telling where you buried the body of your annoying.... wait, sorry, got off track there for a bit. Yes, trust. Confidence and faith in your partner genuinely and earnestly creates a squad mentality that says "come and try to shake us, you'll never get out alive!"
Rule #3: Laugh.
Of course, if you know anything about Red Brunette Gals, you know snickering, howling, and sometimes even snorting is at the base of who we are. Besides the obvious reasons why laughter is good for you (lowers blood pressure, less likely to die while laughing, etc.), it allows you to enjoy your collaboration experience to the fullest. Aspire to endeavour with a team that allows you to be yourself - vulgarity, brutal honesty, and all- while considering and respecting your input and opinion.

Rule #4: Opposites Attract.
Preach it Sister!! I'm not one for spewing clichés, but this one could not be more authentic. Don't have a team of you's. There is only one you for a reason. Imagine an earth where there were nothing but you's walking around. Shudder at the thought. You need variety, you need spice, you need someone to knock you down off of your high horse sometimes with a good swift backhand. Find someone who compliments you and who has a mean left hook- to be used as needed.

Attaching yourself to a team that supports your crazy, balances your off-putting-ness and brings out your sparkle is crucial to achieving your collaborative goals. Don't be dismayed by being you. Articulate your logic and channel it with your team. Determined (and slightly preposterous) people can achieve great things.
Gratitude goes out to @_peonyphotography who so perfectly captured RBG's wizardry hard at work. Didn't think it was possible, but you actually made us look smarter!!
